Tasty Grill and Salad with Four Peppers

Ingredients :

  • Fish fillets (your choice: sea bream, sea bass, or salmon)
  • Salad mix (lettuce, arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta)
  • Lemon

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions :

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and a drizzle of WALY SAVURS Four Peppers Olive Oil . Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the salad by tossing the vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Heat the grill and cook the fish fillets until browned and cooked inside.
  4. Arrange the grilled fish fillets on a bed of fresh salad.

  6. Serve with lemon wedges.
