Ingredients :
- Fish fillets (your choice: sea bream, sea bass, or salmon)
- Salad mix (lettuce, arugula, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta)
- Lemon

- Salt and pepper
Instructions :
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and a drizzle of WALY SAVURS Four Peppers Olive Oil . Leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the salad by tossing the vegetables in a large bowl.
- Heat the grill and cook the fish fillets until browned and cooked inside.
- Arrange the grilled fish fillets on a bed of fresh salad.
